Privacy

The short version

FIFOCheck has no accounts and never asks for your name, email or phone number. You paste a job and tell us a little about your experience; we use that to produce your result. We do not save your submission in a database.

What you give us

• The job text you paste.
• Your current or recent role, years of experience, and tickets and licences.
• Optionally, your location or work rights and anything else you choose to add.

Please don't include sensitive personal information such as your full name, address, date of birth, medical history, passport number or banking details. FIFOCheck doesn't need them.

How it is used

When you press Check This Job, the text you entered is sent to our server and then to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the analysis. The result is sent back to your browser. FIFOCheck does not store the submission or the result afterwards; refreshing the page clears it. Our AI provider processes the text under its own terms and may retain it for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring.

Technical data

• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP address and time of request.
• We briefly use your IP address in memory to limit how many checks can be run in a short time. It is not written to a database.
• If analytics is switched on, we record anonymous counts of four events: page view, check started, check submitted and check completed. These never include the job text or anything you type. We don't use advertising cookies.

What FIFOCheck is

FIFOCheck provides AI-assisted decision support. It does not determine whether you will be hired and does not guarantee employment. It does not replace advice from an employer, recruiter, training provider, immigration professional or other qualified professional.
